2013 Audi R8 V10 Plus

Audi has added a new model to the R8 series. The R8 V10 plus is fitted with an all-new seven-speed S-tronic gearbox. The latest Audi model comes with a standard equipment including  LED headlights that illuminate the rear of the R8. An innovative rear indicator lights with dynamicized display proceeds the light towards the outside, in the direction the driver wishes to turn.

The R8 V10 plus is equipped with a single-frame grille with the beveled upper corners and painted high-gloss black and horizontal chrome inserts. The bumper is also new, with the air inlets bearing three crossbars each. The housings of the outside mirrors and the side blades, the lateral air inlets on the Coupé, are made from CFRP on the new R8 V10 plus top model.

In all engine versions the exhaust system terminates in two round, glossy tailpipe trim sections, painted black on the R8 V10 plus.

The R8 V10 plus is available in Ibis White and Brilliant Red, in four metallic shades, five pearl effect / crystal and matt effect coating.

Another highlights are adjustable bucket seats with glass fiber reinforced plastic chassis, special light alloy wheels and chassis components, including the standard ceramic brakes.

The Audi R8 V10 plus boasts 550hp and maximum torque of 540Nm at 6,500rpm. It sprints from 0 to 100km/h in 3.5 seconds and achieves a top speed of 317km/h.

Audi has fitted the V10 versions with 19 inch wheels; the tires come in the sizes 235/35 and 295/30 respectively.
